Shipping Delay Update
We identified quality issues in our latest production batch and have decided to remake these products rather than ship items that don't meet our standards. We understand how frustrating these delays are, and we're taking decisive action.
We've hired a dedicated quality control team based in China to oversee all future production. I'll also be traveling to our manufacturing facility later this month to personally oversee quality control for the new production run. These steps ensure this type of delay won't happen again.
